Basic Principles

CHIPSTOCK.SHOP is committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise in business collaborations and have established the following transparent and reasonable refund/return policy to protect customer rights while maintaining supply chain stability.

Return Conditions

.       Quality Issue Returns: Chips or PCBA products confirmed by our quality inspection department to have original manufacturer defects are eligible for full refunds or free replacements.

.       Incorrect/Missing Shipments: For errors caused by our side (wrong items shipped or missing items), we will cover all return/replacement shipping costs.

.       Standard Product Returns: Unopened, unused standard-model chips with intact packaging may be returned within 7 business days of receipt, subject to a 15% handling fee and round-trip shipping costs.

.       Custom PCBA Products: Non-defective custom PCBA products that have entered production cannot be returned. For defective units caused by our manufacturing process, we will provide free rework.

Non-Returnable Items

·         Opened, used, or tampered chip products

·         Customized chips, programmed devices, or special-order items

·         Products expired or damaged due to improper storage

·         PCBA failures caused by customer design flaws or misuse

·         Internationally sourced scarce chip models (items explicitly marked "Non-Returnable" on product pages)

Return Process

.       Application: Submit a return request via your account dashboard or contact customer service with order number, issue description, and supporting evidence.

.       Review: Our team will complete review within 2 business days and notify results via email.

.       Authorization: Approved returns will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code and detailed return shipping address.

.       Return Shipment: Customers must ship items back within 5 business days, clearly marking the RMA number on the outer package.

.       Inspection: Quality inspection will be completed within 3 business days of receipt, followed by notification of resolution.

.       Refund/Replacement: Processing will be completed within 5 business days after confirmation.

Refund Methods

·         Original payment method refund (credit card/Alipay/bank transfer, etc.)

·         Corporate accounts may convert refunds to platform credit (with 105% value conversion)

·         Processing time: 10-15 business days (bank processing time not included)

Special Notes

·         Settlement discrepancies from Chip Inventory Consignment Services will be reconciled monthly via statements (overpayments refunded, underpayments collected).

·         Cross-border returns must comply with import/export regulations; customs duties and clearance fees are borne by the responsible party.

·         All returned items must include original purchase documentation and intact packaging labels.

Friendly Reminder: To avoid unnecessary return losses, we recommend requesting samples for large orders or utilizing our "Small-Batch Trial Production" service to verify PCBA designs.
